Meditation


'Meditation is the only method available to know the secrecy of life and keeping good health'.

Procedure

  • Select morning / evening time as per your convenience (Better around 6am/pm).
  • The stomach should not be heavy / empty
  • Keep a mat / blanket on the ground (for one inch thickness)
  • Do not feel hurry to finish it
  • Sit in a relaxed position
  • Padmasan or sit in right position
  • Make sure that there is no pressure on any part of the body
  • Keep the backbone straight
  • Close your eyes
  • Thoughts commonly flow, watch them just as witness
  • Watch your breathing
  • Take inhalation as slow as possible
  • Exhalation too
  • There is no time limit for closing practice
  • Rub your hands and apply the heat on your eyes
  • Open eyes slowly
